I got my start working as an Insurance Representative in another agent’s office for seven years. It was there that I learned the skills and abilities it took to become an Agency Owner myself. I love that I had the opportunity to open my agency here because I feel like I am always around friends. You know people everywhere you go and that feeling of connection and belonging and my favorite things about this area.

Outside of the office, I am a mother of two beautiful children, my daughter Audriauna, and my son Ishmael. I am also a dog mom to a quite adorable Yorkie, Jackson. I am also an avid Yogi; I have been practicing for eight years now! I also like to spotlight and highlight women and minority owned businesses on my social media pages by doing interviews with them.

My team of insurance professionals and I are excited for the opportunity to help customers with their insurance and financial services to help prepare them for life’s unexpected. We’re ready to help customers find the right policy for their auto insurance, homeowners’ insurance, renters’ insurance, condo insurance, life insurance, and more.

In the four years that my team has been serving the Greater Seattle Area we have been able to earn numerous company distinctions such as Ambassador Travel and Honor Club. I also sit on the Seattle School District Advisory Board!

Zoey Quackenbush is a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a passion for improving people's quality of life through the insurance industry. Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, Zoey attended the University of Kansas before transitioning into the workforce. With a total of three years of experience in the customer service industry, Zoey's expertise lies in customer relations and retention, as well as handling life, earthquake, and existing customer pivots. Currently residing in Seattle, Washington, Zoey is licensed in Property and Casualty and will soon be obtaining her Life and Disability license. Outside of work, Zoey enjoys pursuing her favorite hobby of art and 3D modeling. While Zoey's linguistic skills are primarily focused on programming languages, her dedication to providing excellent service to customers speaks volumes.
